Regional Champion revealed for building exceptional homes at ‘Tracy's Yard’, Elstead in Surrey

Geoff Dyer of Peak Quality Homes Ltd has won the Regional Award in NHBC’s Pride in the Job Awards for outstanding site management skills at Tracy's Yard.

The NHBC Pride in the Job Awards are the most sought after accolades in the Industry, recognising Site Managers that build high quality homes. Site Managers play a critical role in delivering any project, being responsible for overseeing everything that happens on site from start to finish. Geoff is building some of the very best houses in the UK, demonstrating consistently high standards, and in the top half-percent of his profession. Anyone buying a home built by any one of our winners can do so with confidence in its workmanship and quality.

Managing Director of Peak, Graham Anderson says, "We are delighted and extremely proud of Geoff and his superb achievements. Graham commented that the whole process had also been a superb team effort and a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved, from all our Sub-Contractors, Suppliers and Trueman Grundy, our valued selling agents in Farnham.  We’re behind Geoff all the way and have our fingers crossed for the Supreme Awards in London in January.’’

Altogether 400 Quality Award winners were selected as first round winners, Geoff received a ‘Seal of Excellence’ Award at the ceremony in Brighton recently and was then announced as the overall Regional Winner for the Small Builder category.  The PIJ campaign reaches its climax with the announcement of the four overall UK Supreme Award winners at a Gala Awards ceremony in January.

To become a Pride in the Job winner involves a great deal of commitment and hard work.  Judging is based on 38 different elements of site management from technical knowledge consistency in the build process to excellent leadership and organisational skills.  Only site managers who demonstrate the highest standards in each of these areas receive an Award.
